Terms & Conditions

1. Customers registering on our website for the purpose of placing an order are responsible for providing accurate and correct information, including contact and delivery data, so that we can proceed with delivering their purchased items successfully. Any mistakes in information may result in delay of delivery or loss or shipped items, which may be compensated at the customer expenses, depending on the situation.


2. Cancellation of an order after shipment will result in deduction of incurred shipment fees from the customer account. Cancellation before shipment will allow full refund of any paid fees.


3. Collection of cash payment on delivery is available only for orders delivered inside Egypt. Orders to be shipped overseas will have to be paid upfront including shipment fees.


4. Prices are in Egyptian Pound. Online payment in USD, if selected, will depend on conversion rate and the corresponding value may change from time to time.


5. In rare circumstances, we preserve the right to cancel any order or delete some items from an order at anytime in case that the item is found to be out of stock or can't be delivered to the desired location for any unexpected reason. In such cases, the customer will receive full refund of the value of cancelled items.


6. Placing several items in the same order may be accounted as one single shipment which may save the customer shipment fees, but not in all cases, depending on the weight of the purchased items included in the order.
